Barak Mizrahi comes from a classical makeup background – he received his training at the prestigious Tel Aviv International School of Makeup in Israel. In his home country, his career blossomed through his makeup work in a variety of channels- TV, movies, fashion shoots, weddings and private events. Highlights of his early career include selection as Lead Makeup artist for the Israeli Oscars, international beauty pageants and several high-profile network shows.
After moving to America, Barak quickly established a huge following. He has been at the forefront of global beauty trends, mastering and creating new makeup techniques and elevating the art of makeup for high-end weddings, gala events, the ‘Red Carpet’, fashion shows, editorial photo shoots, and private functions. He has been in huge demand all over the United States and internationally ever since, together with his team of highly-skilled makeup artists and hair stylists who cater to every client’s individual needs.
Barak feels all women can look glamorous. His philosophy is that makeup is a woman’s best friend, a truly miraculous tool, capable of changing a woman’s attitude and how she feels about herself, instilling a sense of power, confidence and self-love so that she absolutely knows, whatever the occasion …. ‘this is MY moment to strike a pose’!.
